  • Jurisdictional restrictions: The services provided under Mogo Bet are intended for players located in Great Britain and not in Restricted Territories. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or placing bets.
  • Identity checks: The Operator is required by law and regulation to verify your identity and age. You agree to provide accurate personal information and supporting documentation (such as passport or ID card, proof of address, and payment method documentation) on request. Until these checks are completed, your ability to deposit, bet and withdraw may be restricted.

Creating an Account

  • Registration process: To create an Account you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing true, accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other requested details. You may be required to verify your email address or phone number as part of the process.
  • Single account policy: You may hold only one Account with the Operator for the Website and brand Mogo Bet. Multiple Accounts, including those using different email addresses or aliases, are prohibited and may result in the closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings.
  • Account ownership: The person who registers the Account must be the same person who deposits funds, places bets and receives any withdrawals. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, pledged or otherwise made available to any third party.

User Obligations and KYC

  • Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration details and contact information up to date at all times. You must promptly notify us of any changes to your personal details. The Operator may request updated documents or information at any time to re-verify your details or comply with legal obligations.
  • KYC and source of funds: To comply with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations, the Operator may request evidence of the source of your funds and wealth (for example, payslips, bank statements, proof of asset sales). Failure or refusal to provide such information may result in suspension or closure of your Account and retention of funds where required by law.
  • Login credentials: You must keep your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity on your Account, whether or not authorised by you, unless we have failed to take reasonable care. If you suspect that your Account details have been compromised, you must immediately change your password and inform customer support.

Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

  • Internal tools: The Operator provides responsible gambling tools, including daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, time-outs (temporary account suspensions up to 42 days) and self-exclusion. You can manage these tools via your Account or by contacting customer support. Lowering limits takes effect immediately; increasing limits will only take effect after a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period, in line with UK Gambling Commission requirements.
  • GAMSTOP: For Great Britain players, the Operator is integrated with the national online self-exclusion scheme GAMSTOP (www.gamstop.co.uk). If you register with GAMSTOP using details matching your Account, we must take reasonable steps to prevent you from gambling with us. • Support services: If you are concerned about your gambling, you are encouraged to seek help from independent organisations such as BeGambleAware (www.begambleaware.org), and to make full use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Website.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Betting Conditions

  • Placing bets: Bets are placed by selecting your chosen game or event, entering your stake and confirming the bet via the relevant on-screen controls. A bet is only accepted when it has been processed by our servers and appears in your betting history or game transaction log.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or betting market may have its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed on the Website or within the game itself. The Operator reserves the right to set or modify stake limits or to limit the maximum potential payout on any game or market.
  • Acceptance and validation: A bet is deemed valid only after it has been accepted by the Operator's systems and a transaction ID has been generated. In the event of any discrepancy between your on-screen display and the Operator's records, the Operator's records shall prevail, subject to regulatory oversight.

Cancellation, Errors and Settlement

  • No unilateral cancellation: Once a bet has been accepted, you may not cancel or modify it. Any exception is at the sole discretion of the Operator and does not create any obligation to grant similar requests in future.
  • Obvious errors: In the event of a manifest or obvious error (for example, incorrect odds, incorrect game configuration or clearly erroneous settlement), the Operator may declare the affected bet or game void, adjust the settlement to the correct terms, or otherwise rectify the error in a fair and reasonable manner. Where possible, the Operator will restore your balance to the position it would have been in had the error not occurred.
  • Game malfunctions: If a game malfunctions or becomes inoperative due to a technical failure, all affected bets and game rounds may be voided. Stakes on voided bets will be returned to the Real Money Balance where appropriate. Malfunctions of games or equipment void all pays and plays.
  • Official results: For sports or real event betting, settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or event organiser, irrespective of any subsequent disqualification or amendment (unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules on the Website).

Conduct, Collusion and Prohibited Behaviour

  • Fair play: You agree to participate in the Services fairly and not to use any unfair advantage, including but not limited to bots, automated betting software, exploitation of software bugs, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating or fraudulent conduct.
  • Live casino and chat rules: In live casino games and any chat functionality, you must treat dealers, staff and other players with respect. Abusive, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in mute, suspension or closure of your Account.
  • Multiple accounts and syndicates: Use of multiple Accounts, syndicates or shared bankrolls to circumvent limits, bonus conditions or game rules is prohibited. The Operator may void bets, remove Bonuses and close Accounts where it reasonably suspects such activity.
  • Regulatory reporting: The Operator may report suspected criminal or fraudulent activity to relevant authorities, including the Gambling Commission of Great Britain and law enforcement agencies, and may freeze or withhold funds while an investigation is conducted.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Promotional offers: From time to time, the Website may offer Bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, tournaments and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by these Terms and by its specific terms ("Bonus Terms") as displayed on the Website.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to newly registered or invited Users, subject to eligibility criteria such as minimum deposit, geographic location, payment method, and Account status. The Operator may restrict certain Bonuses to specific player segments at its sole discretion.
  • One welcome offer: Unless expressly stated otherwise, any welcome offer is limited to one per person, household, residential address, email address, payment method, IP address and shared device, across all white-label brands operated on the ProgressPlay Limited platform, including Mogo Bet.

Bonus Activation and Wagering

  • Activation requirements: To activate a Bonus you may be required to opt in, enter a bonus code or meet a minimum deposit requirement. Activation conditions will be clearly stated in the relevant Bonus Terms on the Website.
  • Wagering requirements: Bonuses and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements specified in the particular promotion. Until wagering is completed, such funds will typically remain in your Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawable. Different games may contribute different percentages towards wagering, as set out in the Bonus Terms.
  • Time limits: Bonuses are subject to expiry periods. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe (for example, within a certain number of days from bonus credit), the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
  • Bet restrictions: The Operator may set maximum bet limits per spin, hand or game round when wagering a Bonus, and may prohibit low-risk betting strategies intended to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Breach of such restrictions may lead to confiscation of the Bonus and winnings.

Prohibited Use and Promotion Stacking

  • Abuse of promotions: Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, using multiple Accounts, colluding with others, employing betting patterns that exploit promotional structures, or cashing out deposits without meaningful play. The Operator reserves the right to withhold or reclaim Bonuses and winnings, close Accounts and report abusive behaviour where appropriate.
  • Combining promotions: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses and promotions may not be combined or "stacked". Only one active Bonus may apply to your Account at any one time. If multiple Bonuses are available, the order in which they are applied will be determined at the Operator's discretion.
  • Bonus cancellation: You may request to cancel an active Bonus. Cancelling a Bonus may result in the removal of the remaining Bonus Balance and associated winnings, as detailed in the applicable Bonus Terms.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: Available deposit methods may include debit cards, selected e-wallets, prepaid vouchers and bank transfers, as displayed in the cashier section of the Website. For players in Great Britain, deposits by credit card (including credit card transactions via e-wallets) are not permitted in accordance with Gambling Commission requirements.
  • Crypto-assets: The Operator may, for certain non-UK players and where permitted by law and regulation, support deposits and withdrawals using selected crypto-assets or related services. Such methods are not available to players using the Website under the Great Britain licence for Mogo Bet.
  • Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, together with any applicable fees, are stated in the cashier or on the deposit page. The Operator reserves the right to change limits and fees, to refuse a deposit or to request additional verification before processing a deposit.
  • Account funding: Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance once the payment has been authorised and received. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, payment provider or any third-party intermediary.

Withdrawals

  • Verification requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to verified Account holders who have completed all required KYC and source-of-funds checks to the satisfaction of the Operator. Additional checks may be required before processing any withdrawal, particularly in cases of higher-risk transactions or unusual activity.
  • Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposit ("closed-loop"). Where this is not possible, the Operator may request an alternative acceptable method in your name. Certain methods may be unavailable in some jurisdictions.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within a few Business Days), but actual timescales depend on internal checks and your payment provider. The Operator is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
  • Withdrawal limits and fees: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, together with any fees, are stated in the cashier or withdrawal page. The Operator may charge reasonable fees for processing withdrawals, subject to disclosure before you confirm the transaction.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Account Balances

  • Refunds of deposits: Refunds of completed bets or deposits are generally not provided. In exceptional circumstances (for example, duplicate deposits, technical errors or manifest mistakes), the Operator may, at its discretion, issue a refund to the original payment method, which may result in related Bonuses being cancelled.
  • Chargebacks: You must not initiate chargebacks or reversals of valid payments. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, void bets, withhold funds to cover costs, and report the matter to relevant authorities and credit reference agencies.
  • Customer funds protection: Customer funds are held in designated accounts in accordance with Gambling Commission requirements. Details of the level of protection for customer funds in the event of insolvency are made available in the cashier and on the Operator's entry in the Gambling Commission public register at https://gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register/business/detail/39335.
  • Inactive and dormant accounts: If your Account remains inactive for a prolonged period, administrative procedures and any applicable fees will be applied in accordance with the Dormant Account provisions set out on the Website. You will be notified before any such measures are implemented, where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Operator Responsibilities

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator aims to ensure that all games and betting products on the Website are operated fairly, that random number generators are independently tested, and that results are produced and recorded accurately in accordance with applicable technical standards and licence conditions.
  • Service availability: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website and Services are available and functioning correctly. However, maintenance, upgrades, technical issues or events beyond the Operator's reasonable control may affect availability from time to time.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failures of telecommunications systems, internet connectivity, hardware or software (including that of your device or any third-party provider), or from viruses, denial-of-service attacks or other technological harm, except where such loss is caused by the Operator's failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
  • Indirect losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, contracts, or data, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
  • Liability cap: Subject to the non-excludable liabilities described below, the Operator's aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount of your relevant stake or bet in respect of which the liability arose, or (ii) the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account during the preceding thirty (30) days, whichever is lower.
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership and Licence

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in the Website and Services, including but not limited to software, code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, design, text, audio and video content, are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

  • Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with the prior written consent of the Operator.
  • No rights granted: Except for the limited licence expressly granted above, no rights, title or interest in any intellectual property or proprietary rights are transferred to you. Any unauthorised use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

Privacy & Data Protection

Data Processing and Security

  • Privacy Policy: Your personal data is collected and processed by the Operator as data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, as well as any relevant Maltese data protection legislation for non-UK operations. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Use of data: Personal data may be used for purposes including account administration, KYC and AML checks, responsible gambling monitoring, transaction processing, risk management, marketing (where permitted) and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Data sharing: Your data may be shared with carefully selected third parties, such as payment providers, identity verification services, game providers, regulators and ADR bodies, solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Data subject rights: You have rights in relation to your personal data, including rights of access, rectification, restriction, objection and, in certain circumstances, erasure and portability. Details of how to exercise these rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Amendments and Notifications

  • Right to update: The Operator may amend these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, business practices, or the Services provided via the Website.
  • Methods of notice: Where changes are material, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify you in advance, which may include email notifications, in-account messages, prominent banners or pop-up notices on the Website when you next log in.
  • Effective date: Updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice or, where no date is specified, from the date of publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after the effective date of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • Right to discontinue use: If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you must stop using the Website, close your Account and, where eligible, withdraw any available Real Money Balance. Bets placed and promotions accepted before the effective date of the change will continue to be governed by the Terms in force at the time they were placed or accepted.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Rights

  • Suspension and closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, void or withhold bets and restrict access to the Services where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, failed KYC or AML checks, self-excluded (including via GAMSTOP), or where required by law or regulation.
  • Investigations: During investigations into suspected breaches, fraud or responsible gambling concerns, the Operator may temporarily freeze your Account and funds, and may request additional documentation or information. The Operator will act reasonably and proportionately when taking such measures.
  • Restricted territories: If it is determined that you have opened or used an Account from a Restricted Territory, the Operator may void bets and Bonuses and close your Account. Any remaining Real Money Balance may be returned to you, subject to lawful deductions and regulatory requirements.

User's Rights and Effects of Termination

  • Account closure by you: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support or using the functionality available on the Website, subject to completing any outstanding bets or obligations. If you wish to self-exclude due to gambling concerns, you should use the responsible gambling tools rather than simply closing your Account.
  • Return of funds: Upon closure of your Account by you or by the Operator (other than for fraud, illegal activity or breach of these Terms), any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you using a suitable payment method, subject to completion of KYC checks and any lawful set-offs.
  • Forfeiture of Bonuses: On termination or closure of your Account, any active Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will ordinarily be forfeited, unless otherwise required by law or specified in the relevant Bonus Terms.
